Chef HWMK’s life has been influenced by food from so many incredible food destinations; San Francisco, Hawaii (obviously), and New York to name a few. Inspired by all the foods and cultures that he experienced through his life, This 11-course Chef’s Table will reflect his life’s travels that became the foundation of his culinary vision.
