Passion Fruit Toasted Fig Leaf is our 10 MG twist on an edible tropical cocktail, created in collaboration with Chef Andres Giraldo Florez of Snail Bar in Oakland. This juicy, tart, and tangy Delight begins with fresh fig leaves, which we toast over an open flame to impart a creamy coconut flavor, then steep low and slow in warm oil to extract every bit of rich nuttiness. We de-seeded and pureed rich and punchy seasonal passion fruits, supplementing with heaps of fresh lime zest micro-planed by hand. The result is a fruit-forward, bright, and juicy Delight with mouthwatering tropical flavor and strong and long-lasting euphoric effects.
